Any items still remaining after these dates will be subject to a surcharge up to $100.00 per day after July 17 unless other arrangements have been made. Upon payment of the items, Buyer will receive a paid receipt with address for pickup with time and dates. There will be no shipping or loading options offered. Buyers will need to make plans to handle all aspects of load- out as there will not be any type of machinery for load out on site. When notated, some trucks will be non-running. It will be the Buyer’s responsibility to plan to load and handle these items as well. Plan and bid accordingly.
